POSTAGE OPTIONS:
We use Australia Post to dispatch our fabulous cookies.
Please ensure that if you are sending cookies as a gift that you supply the correct mailing address. Every parcel posted is issued with a 'Tracking Number' so you can see in real time where your parcel is and when it is scheduled to be delivered.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please specify the business name in the notes.
You are more than welcome to collect from our premises.

Our postage fees are dependent on the quantity of cookies ordered. Our postage fees include a gift box and gift tag.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
We recommend ordering well ahead of your event or occasion to avoid disappointment. Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods.
SHIPPING AND CARE
Our cookies travel well. If however, you live in an area where the temperatures often exceed 25 degrees we recommend that you ensure someone is home to collect your order rather than having them safe dropped.

Please ensure we will do our best to accommodate 'Custom Orders' however, we reserve the right to cancel or not accept an order if we are unable to meet your needs.
STORAGE
Our cookies like to be kept at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat, especially
hot cars.
HOW LONG WILL MY COOKIES KEEP FOR?
Our cookies are fresh for 4-6 months depending on the flavour. This means you can keep prior to or after your event.
