COLLECTION (PICK-UP) only AVAILABLE for pre-ordered products:

SHIPPING: We send our orders via Australia Post. If you are sending as a gift please ensure someone will be available to collect them.
PLEASE NOTE:
DELIVERY DATES: Once your item has been posted we will email you an Australia Post tracking number so that you can see where your parcel is during transit.
SENDING A GIFT : If your order is a gift we can add a small gift tag to your order. Please write your message for the recipient in the notes box at the checkout. If your cookies are a gift you can send to yourself to gift in person or to the postal address of the recipient.

SHIPPING TIME: Our orders will be sent via Australia Post - they may take 1 up to 5 days to be delivered in some regions.
We recommend ordering ahead of your event or occasion to avoid disappointment. Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods.
SHIPPING AND CARE: Please ensure that we take special care when packaging our cookies and cookie dough. we have found that our products travel very well. If you or your gift recipient live in an area where temperatures often reach 25 degrees + please ensure someone is available to accept the order in case they are 'safe-dropped' or alternatively you could always have them delivered to a workplace.
If your Cookies or Dough arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
